Students must register and pay for the course prior to 5/5/2010.
Students will need the above schedule number and course number to register. Instruct all potential students to print the registration form to fax or mail it in. More course information may be found at www.fsc.edu/cps. Forms with missing or incorrect information may be returned and delay processing time.
Full payment is required when the student registers for the course. Students may submit personal checks (made payable to Fitchburg State College), VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express as forms of payment. Cash and purchase orders will not be accepted. Completed registration forms and payments should be sent to the Center for Professional Studies, Fitchburg State College, 160 Pearl Street, Fitchburg MA 01420.
Registration forms and payments should be received at the CPS by 5/5/2010.
As we discussed, your salary to teach this course will be paid by School District.
